Your priorities — Strategic context shapes every recommendation Nova gives. Tell it what matters most to your business.

"Our mission is getting more people active. Prioritize new participant acquisition over retention. Registration targets are secondary."

Your processes - If you have recurring analyses or reports, you can define them once and call them up with a single phrase.

"When I ask for a loyalty discount list, find everyone who's done the same event three years running. $50 discount each. I'll need the list as a CSV."

How it works

Access Instructions through Nova's settings, or tell Nova directly in chat to remember something for future conversations. Write instructions as plain text, as specific as you like. The more context you give, the better Nova performs.

You can review, edit, or remove instructions at any time. They are only visible to you and are never shared with other team members.
