Route information

The Dell Technologies Management Challenge brings together teams of six for a wild weekend out of the office. Taking place between Thursday 4 – Saturday 6 June 2026, the adventure race event aims to optimise management and team performance whilst delivering positive charitable outcomes.

Teams are challenged across two days of canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading, archery and mind puzzle stages, alongside opportunities for senior-level networking, and celebrating with team mates and competitors.

An inspiring keynote speaker will be announced for the 2026 event. Past speakers have included Bonita Norris, Sean Conway, Alex Danson MBE, Baroness Tani Grey-Thompson, Lowri Morgan and Chrissie Wellington OBE.
