Get full directionsUpton is conveniently located - approximately 2.5 hours from West London, 45 minutes from Birmingham and 1 hour from Bristol.
By Road from the North
M5 Junction 7, A44 Worcester to next roundabout, then left & follow Worcester West to 2nd roundabout, left A38 to Tewkesbury for seven miles, turn right onto the A4104 to Upton and follow signs to the triathlon.
By Road from the South
M5 Junction 8, M50 to Junction 1, follow A38 Malvern, then at roundabouts follow A38 Worcester (A4104 Malvern), after 3 miles turn left onto the A4104 to Upton and follow signs to the triathlon.
