Starting at Fistral Beach in Newquay, participants follow the coast towards the Hayle River Mouth, finishing at St Ives Bay Holiday Park. The terrain is varied and rugged. There are steep climbs and descents testing your technical abilities and concentration. Each turn promises new challenges and iconic landmarks. This is a self-navigated event, following the South West Coast Path marked with the Acorn sign. For the majority of the run, it is enough to keep the sea to your right and the land on your left. Walk, run or crawl to the finish line as your push your mind and body to the limits along some of the most beautiful coastline Britain has to offer.
