Join us for an unforgettable coastal running experience at the Bournemouth Coastal TEN, offering two distances: a 10 Mile or 10k route along the stunning Dorset coastline. Perfect for runners of all abilities, this event combines scenic views, flat terrain, and a supportive race-day atmosphere.

The adventure begins at Hengistbury Head, a beautiful nature reserve with excellent facilities, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start. Both courses follow Bournemouth's iconic seafront paths, including a run along Boscombe Pier with uninterrupted sea views. On clear days, enjoy breathtaking sights of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast.

The car park opens to allow runners to prepare themselves for the race and grab a coffee.

8:30 AM - 10.0mi Distance Race Start!

The race kicks off as the Medium distance runners cross the start line.

9:00 AM - 10.0km Distance Race Start!

The race kicks off as the Short distance runners cross the start line.

1:30 pm - The Race Finishes / Cut-off Time

Your adventure finishes, you will cross the finish line and collect your bag full of goodies.

2:00 pm - The Event Centre Closes

The venue closes.
