Route information

This popular 5k & 10k returns in June for its eighth year. Taking place in the seaside town of Exmouth, the flat route has an out-and-back format and is run on hard-surfaced footpaths.

The course begins on Exmouth's seafront, from where runners will head up to Orcombe Point, the most westerly point of the Jurassic Coast, before looping around the flag pole to head back along the full length of the beachfront. Another turning point will be made to bring runners back around to start their second lap. The finish line sees you racing for the finish line outside the Sideshore complex

The race will be fully marked with fluorescent arrows. There will also be marshals stationed throughout the course to guide and support you along your way.

By Car

Exmouth is accessible via the A376 from Exeter. It is a 33-minute drive from Exeter and a 31-minute drive from Sidmouth.

Parking

Parking will be available at the seafront at Beach Gardens Car Park.

By Train

Exmouth Station is the closest train station to the start location, situated 0.7 miles away, which should take roughly 14 minutes to walk.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event in order to participate in both the 10k and 5k.

Race Pack

Race information emails will include all you need to have an enjoyable race. Race packs must be collected from registration on the morning of the event between 07:30 - 08:45am. You will not receive anything in the post.
