Take on a brand-new, fully road-closed Half Marathon in the North East. Starting in the heart of Darlington, this flat 13.1-mile route combines a lively town-centre start, long flowing countryside miles, and a memorable High Street finish.

Route information
The course heads west out of town before opening onto the quiet rural roads of County Durham, where wide views and uninterrupted stretches create ideal conditions for confident pacing. The final miles bring you back into Darlington, where growing crowds and a strong town-centre atmosphere lift you to the finish.

BAGGAGE
We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
Portable toilets available in the event village and approximately half way on the course.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided approximately every 5k in the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.
RESULTS
Results will be available here immediately after the race.

We will have an official photographer at the event, please check out our photos page after the race.
