This fantastic 5k trail route will take all participants through Thetford Forest where they can enjoy some hard-packed trails, making for a great day out. The course is entirely traffic-free, so this is a perfect event to tackle alongside your four-legged friend.

The trail will be well-signed and will have water stations along the route for your canine companion.

Age Requirements

Dogs must be 12 months or older (we want their bones to grow in a healthy manner).

First Aiders

Qualified first aiders will be on hand in case you need any assistance.

Aid Stations

Aid stations are available for dogs and their owners. This is a cupless race, so please bring your own water vessel.

Event Rules

Participants will set off in staggered intervals.

Those that withdraw from the event must call the race director on 07399466971. Additionally, please contact that number if anyone is found injured on the course.
