Route information

This unique event returns to Bowdon Rugby Club in Altrincham in May, combining a superb 5k course with plenty of beer. Enter in a team or individually and complete a 5k through Bowdon's leafy suburbs and countryside, running or walking. This event is perfect for all abilities, and ideal for those looking to take on an event with friends.

The 2.5k circuit will take you through wild fields, woodland and along footpaths. During the run, drinks stations will be available each kilometre, providing you with your choice of beer, water, cider, prosecco or wine - it's up to you what and how much you drink. Inflatable and non-inflatable obstacles will be scattered along the route to add to the challenge.

Age Requirements

All participants must be aged 18 or older on the day. ID will be checked and compared with your booking confirmation at registration.

Facilities

There are toilet, changing and shower facilities located at the rugby club. The club will also be providing a selection of hot and cold food and drinks which will be available to purchase on the day.

There will also be a bag drop where you can leave any baggage or clothing. Please be aware that this area will not be supervised, so leave any valuables with spectators or in your car.
