Route information
- Swim distance: 400m
- Bike distance: 20k
- Run distance: 5k
First, begin with a 400m swim in the outdoor 34m Lido in the heart of Lydney. From the pool take a short run to the transition spot on the grass before buckling in and preparing for the 20k bike ride. The undulating ride will take you out into Bream so you can soak up the beautiful views of the Park's surrounding countryside. You will re-enter the Lido after 1 loop of a 20km circuit. Upon entering the park you will then unclip and take to your feet to enjoy a 5k run to the finish. The fantastic scenery of the Triathlon will provide a great visual as you approach the finish line.

Lydney Lido will provide parking on a field next to swim and right next to the bike transition, with enough spaces for 200 cars there is ample room for parking within a 50 yard walk of start.

Rack packs will be available for collection at registration where you will receive your race numbers, stickers for bike, helmet, and baggage.
Registration
Registration will be open from 07:00 and can be found in the HIGH 5 Tent in the park next to the bike check-in and transition.

Stickers are provided at registration.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be aged 16 and over to compete
