Route information
The scenic course is fully marked and marshalled. On the canal path, please keep to single file unless overtaking. This allows room for other pedestrians using the path. There are water stations at 4km and 7km.
Please be careful when crossing roads. There will be marshals ensuring you are crossing the roads safely. Be particularly careful at the crossing of the B489 (road between Wilstone farm shop and Aston Clinton). Stay on the pavement on Tringford Road.

Registration
Pick up your race number from the church yard before the event. Safety pins will be supplied. Your will be able to leave bags at the church, please use the number tag which is part of your race number.
Safety
Several marshals will be on the course to make sure everyone is safe. They all have a mobile to get help for you. St John’s Ambulance will be there during the run.
After The Race
Free tea and cakes will be provided after the run.
All Saints Church
Proceeds of this event will go towards the maintenance and restoration of Marsworth All Saints Church. Built in the 12th Century, this Grade 2 listed building is the centre of this village community, providing over 800 people with weekly services, weddings, baptisms and funerals.
