Route information

Join Blast Running and legends of Scottish Rugby for either a 5k or 10k run. Raise money for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and get the chance to run alongside Scott Hastings and other sporting heroes!

10am at Gypsy Brae, Silverknowes Prom.

We also have a 1K event for the kids.

Open to everyone, from total beginners to speed kings and queens, run at whatever pace you feel comfortable at. Complete your run with other runners who will support you and inspire you to reach the finish line.

The route will be marked and there will be marshals on the course.

All runners will receive a medal.

Age Requirements

1K runners - no age restrictions and children may be accompanied by parents, siblings or other responsible runners.
5K runners should be aged 11 or older on the day of the event
10K runners should be aged 15 or older on the day of the event
