Route information
This festive 10k returns for 2025, with a road route starting at Rothbury Middle School. The certified course takes runners through the traditional market town of Rothbury in Northumberland and out into the surrounding countryside.
The first mile heads downhill, before taking Whitton Bank Road and continuing on to Carterside Road. The course turns just before reaching Little Tosson, looping back towards Rothbury, where it will finish at the Riverside Park.
Runners are advised to be aware of any traffic, as the course is not traffic-free, but there will be marshal control in place.
