About

We’ll start with a 5k guided run taking in a mix of forest trails, quiet country lanes, and paths. Expect gentle climbs, scenic open stretches, and a pace that’s social and supportive — this is about enjoying the journey, not racing it.
After the run, we’ll head straight into a 1-hour yoga session to stretch, restore, and rebalance. The yoga will help your muscles relax by guiding you through a flow designed to complement your run, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Join us in the beautiful village of Fordcombe, in Tunbrige Wells, for a unique blend of movement and mindfulness. We’ll start with a 5k guided run taking in a mix of forest trails, quiet country lanes, and paths. After the run, we’ll head straight into a 1-hour yoga session to stretch, restore, and rebalance.
This experience is perfect for all abilities, whether you’re a seasoned runner looking to try yoga, a yogi curious about trail running, or someone who simply loves combining outdoor adventure with mindful movement.

What's included

A 5k run led by an experienced EA CiRF / UESCA ultra running coach, supported by a crew to look after you on the run. A full hour of Yoga in the lovely Fordcombe Village Hall.

Meet O/S Fordcombe Village Hall at 10:15 for a 5k Run, after a short break we will all then take part in an hour of yoga led by Trail-Run Explorers own qualified Yoga Teacher Christina (Wandering Transformations).
