Route information

This event is based at the stunning Dorney Lake near Windsor, the 2012 venue for Olympic rowing and canoe sprint events and host of the 2013 Rowing World Cup. With an All Nations theme, is the perfect opportunity to dress up in your country's colours and compete to make your nation proud.
The flat route follows closed roads round the lake, offering a chance to run a speedy 5k, 10k or half marathon. 5k runners will complete one full stretch of the lake, turning at its far end, whilst the 10k course involves a full loop before turning back. The half marathon route involves additional sections of the lake.

How to get there

Parking
There will be on-site parking - with runners parking area about half way down the lake towards the clubhouse (approx a 10 - 15 min walk to the race HQ)
The road within Dorney Lake will be closed at 10:15 at the point approximately 1k from the clubhouse to allow for the triathlon cycle event to get underway. Anyone arriving after this will have to park in the top car park and walk down.
By Train
If travelling by train the main stations for Dorney Lake are Slough (Paddington line) and Windsor & Eton Riverside (from Waterloo) but it's also near Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead and Windsor & Eton Central (branch of Paddington line).
From these stations you can get a taxi or if with a bike you can ride to the venue. We recommend researching the best option before travelling to ensure you arrive on time.

Event day logistics

08:00 - 09:00 Registration
08:30 Half marathon starts
09:00 5k and 10k start Please arrive at least 30-40 minutes before your race begins to ensure there is plenty of time to collect your race pack.
Race Packs
Race packs will be collected at the event.
Bag Storage
A bag drop will be available, but space is extremely limited so please make sure you travel as light as possible.
Facilities
Toilets will be available on-site, but participants will not have access to the clubhouse or shower facilities.
