The Zombie Shuffle is part of our Halloween Series:
For 2026 you have 7 hours to complete your target distance.
You choose your target distance – 5k (2 laps), 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra.
But your time limit is 7 hours.
Suitable for walkers or runners.
Tough off-road course (see tab section).

The Zombie Shuffle:
Race start is at 10:00
You have 7 hours to complete your chosen run distance
Each Lap is 2.5k in distance.
Suitable for walkers and runners.
The course is offroad, all within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and very tough. But hey, tough is fun! There is a bit of a hill, which will be run on each lap, and a series of up and downs through two vineyards.
You chose your distance - each day has the option of a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra.

Do I have to compete in all 7 days to take part in The Virtual Zombie Shuffle?
Not at all! You can choose the days and distances you want to take part in from 1 day to all 7. There will be a different bespoke medal for each day.
How old do I have to be to compete in The Virtual Zombie Shuffle?
This event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I have to wear a costume for The Virtual Zombie Shuffle?
No, not at all! Take part in whatever you feel comfortable in.
