Flash Fit Spring Youth Running Program

Get ready to boost your child's running endurance with our thrilling 6-week program! Every kid's favorite sports involve running, and we're here to make sure they excel with a smile. At the heart of it all is Oak Grove Park, our cozy meeting spot; but hey, we love mixing things up, so Coach Kate might just take the adventure to the nearby high school track – and she'll give you a heads up if we do.

Our sessions kick off on Tuesdays at 5:15 pm, marking the calendar from April 7th to May 12th. Kids of all ages are welcome, and parents, you get to join the fun for free! Not only will your little champions enjoy a tasty snack after each run, but they'll also shine bright with a medal and trophy to wrap up the program. Let's run towards those goals together!
