Choose your challenge: plunge into a downstream swim or take on a kayak loop, followed by a scenic 10.6-mile bike course and a 5k run to the finish. The Lockport Boat Launch serves as our picturesque transition hub, perfect for supporters! Race solo or rally a relay team – with separate registrations linked by your unique team name. Bag some bling as awards await the fleet-footed in various categories and age groups, as well as the top three relay teams. After the adrenaline rush, refuel with 'recovery' food, and remember your achievement with a super-soft race shirt or an athletic towel. Safety is key – PFDs and helmets are a must!
