Heart & Sole 5k Walk/Run

Lace up your sneakers for an invigorating day out at the Heart & Sole 5k Walk/Run on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at 10am! This energizing event, brought to you by the Pembroke Teachers' Federation, not only promotes health and fitness but also supports the vital cause of Genesee County Mental Health Services. Priced at just $20 ($25 after March 17th), your participation includes a t-shirt and a donation to support mental health.
