The excitement begins at 9 a.m. with our energizing 5k Run/Walk and a Health and Wellness Expo that promises to educate and engage. At 11 a.m., the little athletes take over for a 100-meter dash that's absolutely free to enter! It's not just about the race; we've got music, giveaways, and nutritious snacks to keep everyone's spirits high.
