Kickstart your morning with the triathlon's sprint distance starting at 7:00 am, featuring a 500-meter swim, a scenic 12.2-mile bike ride with a challenging climb, and cap it off with a swift 3.1-mile run. Not a fan of swimming? "Do the Du"—a duathlon option that swaps the swim with a flat 1.0-mile run, followed by the original bike course, and another running stretch to the finish line.
