Run 2 Ramble 5K Program

Get ready to lace up and hit the ground running with the Decatur Running Club's Beginning Running Program! Starting April 14th, we're kicking off an 8-week journey, absolutely FREE, that's perfect for newbies and those getting back into the groove. You'll learn to build your running stamina safely and set sights on conquering a 5K, with experienced DRC mentors cheering you on every step of the way.

We're not just about the run; we're about the community! Join us Tuesdays at Fairview Park, Thursdays at Nelson Park, and Saturday mornings at the Rock Springs Conservation Area. While attendance isn't mandatory at every run, we do recommend joining in twice a week to make the most of this amazing experience. It all leads to the celebratory Rock Springs Ramble on June 6th, where your achievements will shine with a finisher medal, a hand-painted rock, a race discount, and more – culminating in a well-deserved post-race party.
