Walk In My Shoes 2026 - Tallahassee (Full Walk & Safety Fair)

Get your walking shoes ready for a journey with heart! Step into the 2026 Walk in My Shoes event, an incredible 1,500-mile trek across Florida, igniting the spirit of change during National Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Prevention Month. Walk with us in Tallahassee on May 1st, beginning at Kleman Plaza at 12:30 PM, after registrations which open at 11:30 AM.

Embrace a fulfilling 3-mile strut to Governor’s Square Mall and, if you're feeling energetic, loop back for a total of 5 miles. The culmination of our state-crossing walk will be marked with a vibrant Safety Fair—a free, family extravaganza of games, educational booths, and delightful attractions. Return rides are on us, with a special UBER code post-event. Together, every step we take is a stride towards healing and prevention. Join the movement!
